Nova advice (PvE and PvP)

Okay, I've been running a sci Nova for a while and I love the ship but I'm not so sure about the build now, it worked in season 7 when I first built it but it suffers from some defensive issues in PvP so I'm looking for a few suggestions of how to fix it.

With that in mind, this is what I have now:

When it was first constructed it could withstand up to three players focussing on it, now it barely manages one so I'm looking mainly for defensive advice but any other notes would be equally welcomed.

    for pvp you need to be moving fast all the time in that little ship. I would drop eptw and go with epte.

    I would try to fit in PH1 somewhere in there for the resists and TB immunity.

    I really like to drop tractor beam mines with mine.

    FAW isn't going to be doing much with just 5 beams in pvp. You could do beam overload but I like the grav torpedo or Enhanced bio torpedo with TS2. With the enhanced bio torpedo you'll be sporting the 2pc set and get a boost to your phaser damage.

    VM isn't as good as it once was because of the cleanse doff and team power decoupling. Now, everyone can clear it fast.

    if you get the level 15 science crafting trait you could go with TBR and do some great shield piercing exotic damage.

    on a side note, you might want to try vanilla PvP with he mirror version.
