    So basically you want a Scimitar with +10 turn rate or something like that.

    More like Contortrix that trades 3K hull, 0.11 shield mod and 1 turn for battlecloak.

    Geko doesn't like the K'Vort and won't put it in game since it was "an oversized B'rel". So I'm going to go on a limb here and assume that he doesn't like and won't make undersized Scimitars as well.

    I would say +10 turn, 6k less hull, 0.11 less shield mod, one less weapon slot, and add the battlecloak, and I would support that as a mini-Scimmy.
