Can't find the Dominion Circuitry upgrade (despite having full JH set) Any ideas?

Quick question: I'm going full polaron, and have aquired the complete Jem'Hadar Space Set. As I understand it, a Polaron-boosting 'Dominion Circuitry' set should be available at The Lobi Store on Drozana station. It doesn't appear to be available to me; I can't see it listed there. Is this a glitch or is there something else I need to do?

It was removed from the lobi store when the upgrade system was pushed out.

The pack is gone, because you can upgrade the set to MK XII+ via the crafting system (hence the pack isn't sold anymore).
