I have the Fleet Advanced Escort, build below:
http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=supemepvescort_0
I get an average of 10k DPS. I was wondering in what ways could this build be improved, for max DPS on I:CE STF's. Thanks!

For mine, I use the Multi-Vector console. Other than that, move the double Scatter Volley to Lieutenant, and Torpedo Spread to the 3rd Ensign. For the Lieutenant commander, use Attack Pattern Beta or Delta, and Omega 3 for the Commander.
I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.
My Ship Builds: USS Conqueror, HMS Victorious, HMS Concord, ISS Queen Elizabeth, Black Widow III

I would adjust your boffs to look like the setup here
    http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/multi-target-single-torpedo-prometheus.html

Aside from playing with your science consoles to include more universal consoles with power and crit potential I think that is all that really needs adjusting.

EDIT: I just thought about something, you could trade the quantum torp in for the Rommie torp which would give you a small buff to plasma damage.

Combined with TS the rom torpedo will cause a good amount of damage but it can also backfire quite a bit, escpecially on cannon ships since you have to stick close to enemies so your weapons do some damage. I'm not saying it isn't a good option but the splash damage you can get from it is a factor that has to be considered. Escpecially on a low hull escort with only 1 cleansing power.

For the Omni-Beam, I suggest Overload.

    So...
I got the mvam console a while ago, and it SUCKED. Which would get higher DPS, Romulan torp, or 4th DHC with omni array? About the skill points, is there a great StoAcademy skill planer build I can use?
    I will re-arrange the boffs.
