Has anyone made a set for the Gurumba using the Omega Force set?
It seems that the tetryon glider and the weapon power drain for the siege mode have great synergy.
Been browsing builds on skillplanner, but i usually find the common 2-piece borg/maco combination.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
I don't think there are many people out there who use the omega gear at all because the individual items are just above "meh". The Tetryon Glider is a neat little thing but in most cases it's not worth it since there are so many better options for deflectors, shields and engines to put on your ship.

I use Omega on my fed Gurumba equivalent: Breen Chell Gret. Prior to that i used the 2-piece borg/maco but after i combined the Chell and Omega i never looked back.
In kerrat and the occasional PVP i get plenty of kills using it.
After purchasing the Gurumba last week and learning the finer points of the Javelin i was stunned by the synergy between the javelin and the Omega.
Yet when i browsed skill planner i could not find any sets using the omega and thus i came here.

I have a Ferasan Tac that flies a flow cap Guramba every now and then; fun build. Makes use of the Diplomat Doff, Polarized Disruptor DHCS and turrets, Omega 2-piece (deflector and engines), Plasmonic Leech, and 2 Embassy flow caps consoles (one [ShH], one [HuH]). Manages to do some great debuffing at it shoots stuff, only wish the Siege Mode weapon power drain scaled with Flow caps.

Pretty much why I don't use it right there. Coming from the PvE angle it provides little benefit for most enemies, NPCs either they have shields so thin that you can just rip through them in a single cannon volley, or shields so thick that bleedthrough damage is the main way to kill them (Voth Citadels, etc.).

Probably not many PvP builds posted on there, and most of the PvP ones I would expect to be focused on survivability as it's one of the few non-cloaking KDF ships, so it's out in the open the entire time.
I use[d] it on a couple of PVP builds. They are pretty good items but have some attributes that may not be desirable, so you have to pay close attention to the parts you are using and how they interact with the build. EG, the shield has very high capacity and regeneration rates, but they are not resilient so more damage passes through, which kind of limits the shield to ships with enough hull and heals to stay alive. Most of the time, simpler gear is just easier to use and is more generally useful if you change your build later. Meanwhile the Omega stuff is mostly only useful if you are looking to strip shields in particular, and expensive to own if you change your mind about something later.
Sorry OP, I do not own the Guramba, since they never released a fleet version
