Fleet Peghqu' bug

I've found a workaround for the bug with the fleet peghqu' and it inability to use the fleet hull material. If you select fleet under the windows option it will switch the hull to fleet as well. If someone else already posted this then sorry.

    I found that the exact same sort of thing happens on the Fleet Regent. Annoying.
