Has anyone received replies from the BUG report for MK 13 gear having the same values as MK 12

    Erm... I don't think your are meant to be sharing this. Pretty sure it violates the ToS.

    oK removed the replies i got for Bug reports. BUt have you recieved anything that lets you know what happens to MK 13 gear that has the same MK 12 gear?

    There is, however, no rule that states that you can't *paraphrase* the reply.

    For instance if they told you it was working as intended, or that they're looking into it, etc. You just can't quote word for word, cut and paste

    Actually, that's not entirely correct.

    The spirit of the rule is that private communication stays private. If you need clarification about something, I would encourage you to PM somebody or ask your question in such a way that you do not compromise the privacy of the response.

    Privacy?!?! What is so private about an automated response? All bug report responses are just PW's way of ignoring players without making them look like they care less.

    Just because you may not be getting the (auto) replies doesn't mean you shouldn't keep submitting them though.

    With as many items and their variants as there are in the game, it'll likely take quite a bit of time to straighten them all out. As long as they're being reported not as many will end up slipping through the cracks.

    Can't say if that means retroactive fixes, but one would hope, at least, corrections going forward.

    You must realize that cryptic is going to receive thousands of reports of the same kind, just because people are so lazy that cant even look at the first page of the forums, where it states since the day 1 that the upgrade system is not working. so, honeslty i dont know what reply did you receive, but i can imagine it.. (in fact it is really weird that you received a reply at all..).
