Not sure where to put this but I can't log into the game. Every time I type in my password I get 'Unable to authenticate'. I've changed my password but get the same thing.
The server status is green on my launcher. It's 21.15 GMT Mon 29/9/2014 at the time of posting this.
I have the same problem my friend i try to log in to the game and types the same thing "unable to authenticate"... must be a problem to the server i guess cause my password is correct

Anyone else encountering this problem?
I managed to log in about 12 hours ago
i've checked the rest of my arc games
star trek online unable to authenticate:
champions online unable to authenticate:
neverwinter nights unable to authenticate:
Swordsman working, but the english server in europe is down
PWI unable to correct (not tried the non-europe servers)
This is already being discussed in another thread.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but...
Be patient, fellow players.
Forget the future forecasts of when the authentication issues will be resolved. No one is going to issue a forward-looking statement. Cryptic (PWE), via Smirk, has acknowledged the issue in another thread.
I'm an LTS subscriber, bought LoR and DR, spend real $$ on Zen. If I were also a PWE shareholder ("if") then I would be very, very unhappy with the recent technical problems.
Let's hope this issue gets resolves quick.
And PWE is prepared for the DR launch (e.g. doing load testing on its servers, etc.) in October.

It's turning into a bad joke. lots of people including myself are missing zen from saturdays outage, whoever replied to my ticket was no help at all so it looks like that money has gone down the drain, well, cryptics drain, but they certainly won't be getting any more from me. so yeah, they should be unhappy.
Im kinda new in terms of forum stuff, so im not sure exactly where other threads about this topic are at. If someone has a link to a discussion explaining the issue id appreciate it (as well as where to find said thread)

Usually on such occasions the devs or community managers make a thread in the "Galactic News" section of the forum. There is none at this time. There are several player created threads under Star Trek Online General Discussion (like this one). But your best source for news on the issue is Twitter.
