Fun Build: Special Reputation

Heya STO players. Figured I'd share a fun build I created that gets good DPS, some good defense, and is pretty!
I present to you the Special Reputation build! All those lovely reputation weapons and consoles that you could possibly fit onto one ship!
You've got pretty rainbows, good damage, excellent turn rating, and generally a lot of fun.
I'll be working in the Delta Reputation items when it hits. And no, you don't necessarily need to use Aux2Bat to get the job done with this. I just used it because that's how I originally had my set up. You can also do an Aux2Sif T4 with 3 Emergency Powers and it still works just as nice.
For those wanting to know what's its damage potential, it usually ranges in at 8K.
I personally add the Aegis gear for extra defense, but you can totally use a different engine, deflector and shields if you want to try something else.
