Gear Upgrade

Howdy,I was wondering if anyone knew if the items in progress of being upgraded will still be where they are at,or if they will reset when the upgrade system is fixed. Thanks!

    I am leaving all rep and unique items alone (don't even put them in the upgrade window). Some are bugged and don't upgrade. Some break your item just by looking.

    I have upgraded my jem hadar ground set successfully.

    Fleet consoles seem fine. All regular weapons and consoles seem to work fine.
