Upgrading doffs!!!?

We need a way to do this. i have some great green ones that i will pay dill/ec to upgrade them similar to how they are doing this with the gear.

Or get them to have a point system. So if bob the tech does ten assignments, he gets a upgrade abillity.

What you guys think.

    As they already (technically) have a way of doing this at the academies (take 5 white doffs and use dilithium to make a green, 5 green -> 1 blue and 5 blue -> 1 purple) and it costs a fortune (with no guaranteed outcome of what DOFF you get), I would honestly not like to see it implemented... not because I don't like your idea... but because another dilithium sink this game does not need.

    A method of directly promoting an officer with desired traits would be a nice addition I think

    No idea if it would be something the devs are interested in, But I like it
