Upgrading warpcores / Singularity Cores

i must be blind but i can not find upgrades for upgrading my cores to XIII i looked on the merchants in ESD but sadly no. anybody have an idea?

    They should be using the Engineering tech upgrade type.

    ok it works. I guess the devs forgot to add cores in the discription of the upgrade items
