May be a mistake - borders in space are tricky. But if not, I would say, from a Romulan perspective this would be not tolerable for all but the most slavish people - in the eyes of their fellow people "former Romulans". The idea that maior Romulan worlds would become part of the sphere of influence of long-time enemies like the Federation or the Klingon Empire seems nothing even the people who support "cooperation" would accept. No Romulan leadership which want to speak for the Romulans with any credibility could accept that.
Perhaps those Klingons players who would like to let the dogs of war run after the cloak-issue emerged were right...*g*

An excellent point. Perhaps other RR people will see it as we do as well.
You can see a map that shows Rator in Federation space in game right now.
This isn't new in Delta Rising.
Jouret is clearly in Federation space both on the in-game map and in canon (site of the colony on the Romulan border that was 'scooped' out by the Borg).
Yet, when the gateway is revealed there, the Romulans lay claim as if by default and the Federation doesn't object.
The maps certainly need work for consistency's sake if nothing else.

Agreed. And as another point, Galorndon Core (A Federation side neutral zone planet) is all the way back deep in Romulan space. Perhapse if they swapped Galorndon Core and Rator III's location, then things would make more sense.
Perhaps they used older data? As long as it was not done intentionally - THAT would be a major event which should explained and surely should have consequences...like the Romulan players warming their plasma cannons up towards UFP-targets.

It was fixed.
No idea whether it was un-fixed again...
I hope they correct that at some point.
