Unable to claim upgraded equipment.

I was upgrading some consols and now I can't reclaim them.

    My story is anecdotal, but I was speaking to another player on Tribble last night who said he has had an upgrade "stuck" in the UI for more than a week now that he can't claim. I believe he said it was a crtdx3 elachi pistol.
