Starfleet 2410 LCARS color scheme (Questions for devs)

Got a few questions I'm hoping the environmental and/or UI artists (taco? thomasthecat?) could answer:
- Could we get a color palette for the current 2410 Starfleet LCARS scheme? In addition to hex color codes, some explaination regarding the color conventions would also be appreciated e.g. shoulder element color, active element color, disabled element color
- Does the LCARS scheme change with different alert states? In Star Trek: Nemesis, the LCARS switches to a reddish palette during Red Alert, and I was wondering if there were also separate schemes for Yellow Alert, Blue Alert and Grey Mode as well.
