Problem with delta reputaion space gears set powers and tier 5 trait

I have the full space set equipped (both weapons and core systems) to my tier 5U ody I have found that the abilities of the sets keep leaving my tray when i go from ground to space. Also the trait even though activated does not appear on my tray or in my available skills menu.
