"Alliance" reward not what it's supposed to be

So I finish the latest mission on Tribble, "Alliances," where the reward is supposed to be a Epic Quality Hierarchy duty officer. I finish the mission just fine, pick up the box with the duty officer, which is labeled correctly as a Hierarchy officer, but when I opened it, I got a 2nd EMH Mk 1 officer instead. Did anyone else have this issue? Just want to make sure the devs were aware that this mission wasn't giving the right reward.
