Mindscape bug- Double Tuvok and can not complete mission

While playing Mindscape, I had just finished with searching for Cooper in astrometrics lab when I transferred back to Tuvok's Ready Room then was a duplicate Tuvok with a phaser rifle but couldn't talk to Tuvok (Adm) to get to the bridge. I couldn't get the prompt to talk to Tuvok to continue the mission. I tried to log out twice and replay it but I feel a bug is in play.
I submitted ticket no. 47,089.

I have a friend who's having a very similar problem. He's done the mission 8 times between 2 characters (first was a romulan, then a human). He would get to the very last part where you talk to Tuvok in his ready room, only there's no prompt, Tuvok just doesn't want to talk. He's had this glitch since day 1, and hasn't gotten passed it. He did skip it though.

I still have this bug on my Klingon. Just wanted to get a bit back into STO and tackle the DR storyline on KDF site (something I did not do back in the day because of this bug), and now this. I abandoned the mission and tried it again - still, double Tuvok, not interaction possibility.

I skipped Mindscape eventually and carried on.... but still, I would like the rewards of the misson.
