One time code

Whenever I am trying to send a one time verification code, I get no emails containing any code when I am sending them from gateway. Could gateway be sending the code to my older email even though I updated it?

    Sadly a very real possibility... don't suppose you still have access to that older e-mail to check?

    I tried to log in to Gateway a few days ago and it took ages for the one time code to arrive in my email, on top of that I've used the PC for Gateway in the past so shouldn't really have needed a one time code anyway.
    I think it's an ongoing issue.
