    Same here. I tried it twice with the same resolt.

    Same here, cannot even buy fleet chimera. It says "Requirements: Vice Admiral (I'm now lvl 60), Spire Tier 2 (in Cryptic fleet Reborn that has it)"...

    Had the same thing, several times. Tried verifying the files, etc. I typically use the old launcher, that way I don't have ARC or Steam spying on me, but this time after I was booted, I logged in via ARC, it asked to verify files, I said no, it asked if I wanted safe or normal login, and I chose normal. It put me right in the Spire. Huzzah, polaron fleet consoles, here I come!
