Why Can't I access Tribble?

A few months ago i copied my main character over to tribble and I was on it a couple of times. I took a 2 week break from STO recently and got back on to see I only have access to the Holodeck and Redshirt tabs for the servers not tribble, it used to be all 3. Does anyone know what might have happened, I would really like to test the new delta rising missions.

    Tribble is closed for silvers. Only gold and lifers have access at the moment. It should open again some time after DR launches. (it took several months to open again after LoR launched)

    Tribble probably will open up for Silver just before 14 Oct DR start date to allow some more testing by the general population, but for now it is exclusively for Gold and LTS players.
