My new build

I experimented with different builds and after many respect, I think I may have found a good build so far but I'm not sure about my dps since my computer won't allow me to run a parse while playing sto. suggestions are welcomed, but please keep in mind; no beamscorts, and I know i'd do more with fleet gear but I can't afford any of those yet. thanks for any suggestions in advance.

DOFFS: 2 purple technicians, 1 blue technician. 2 blue conn officers

    As for the BO seating, change one of the scatter volley 2's to APB2, and change Aux to Battery 2 to EPTW3. Ditch the 3 technicians and use 3 damage control engineers to reduce EPTx cooldowns. You could probably tweak it more, but that should give you a good start.
