Fleet ship upgrade info ?

Now that fleet ship upgrades are live on tribble can anybody confirm or give info?
such as are the fleet ship upgrades account wide or jsut single ship?
i have 4 toons with the fleet tork. so knowing if they all have to be paid for separately or a one time fee is an important bit of info to me.
i have the same issue with the fleet brel 2 toons have it .
and 2 toons also have fleet mogh.

Realistically what else would they give it? 5 Tac Consoles aren't going to be on Cruisers. This game blunders under the mistaken concept that Klingons don't do Science.

heh, shamefully many of the players believe that too which is why I never could bring myself to fly a cruiser. The raptors are even more stereotypical in their almost all DHC approach to ship design. Luckily that ENG console is just what the doctor ordered for the fleet Kami tho it's still just a T5 with that laughingly weak tac boff setup.
If all else fails we still have the Chel Grett.

My Fleet K'T'inga Retrofit would maybe have a ENS tac as well as a LtCDR tac. Or maybe exactly as it is but with a LtCDR sci (GW1, anybody?).
Cryptic thinks WAY too highly of console slots. They always have. The reason the Fleet Norgh doesn't get the extra console is because it got the extra boff seat. The reason the HoH'Sus got the console was because it didn't get the boff seat.
Cryptic erronously believes a single dinky console slot is worth a LtCDR boff seat. It simply doesn't compare. Not in the slightest. Not when you can slot APO1, TS3, CSV2, EPTS3, EWP1, GW1, TBR2 without losing any existing functionality you may have (just to name a few). It's a game changer. A free console slot? Let's face it. That just means another P2W console can be slotted. Hardly the same effect, especially with the freaking glacial console cooldown times.
Fleet K'T'inga Retrofit, more than any other ship affected, needs this. Cryptic hates it so gave it hull rating less than most escorts, a FIXED boff seating (no other fleet ship boasts this kind of smack to the face), and otherwise has no flexibility for a very hefty pricetag on a PER-CHAR unlock.
More than any other ship, the FKR needs a boff upgrade. I'd trade in my hull points boost, my extra console, for that extra LtCDR boff seat. Yessirree, I would. It would be way more useful.
Thats the whole reason I'm still in my kami- the mighty GW1. The only thing that might save it when DR hits is my hope for an epic breen set to offset that weak tac boff Lt and Ens. I would KILL for a LtCdr tac on the Fl.Kami- keep the console and hull buff.
I'd go with a true sci ship for the GW2/3 but there's nothing short of lockbox or lobi that can lob those and not be a defenseless cannon magnet.
