I do wish they would upgrade this ship, it's been neglected for far too long IMO.
I would spend cash to see an Intel version like this:
Haj Intel Heavy Bird-of-Prey
Minimum Rank: Vice Admiral
Faction: KDF - Imperial Intelligence
Availability: C-Store
Hull Strength: 31,500 (at level 50) and 38,700 (at level 60)
Shield Modifier: 0.9
Crew: 100
Weapons:
5 Fore, 2 Aft
Device Slots: 2
Bridge Officer Stations:
1 Commander Tactical/Intelligence
1 Lieutenant Commander Tactical
1 Lieutenant Engineering
1 Lieutenant Commander Science/Intelligence
1 Lieutenant Science
Console Modifications: 5 Tactical, 2 Engineering, 3 Science
Base Turn Rate: 21 degrees per second
Impulse Modifier: 0.22
Inertia: 75
+10 Power to Weapons and +5 Power to Engines
Can Load Dual Cannons
Battle Cloaking Device
Console - Universal - Heavy Disruptor Spinal Cannons
Matter-Antimatter Warp Core
Active Sensor Arrays
Gather Intelligence
Expose Vulnerability: Defenses
Expose Vulnerability: Weapon Systems
Expose Vulnerability: Critical Systems
Starship Ability Package (Raider)
Absorptive Plating (+Physical and Kinetic Damage Resistance)
Tactical Maneuvering (+Defense)
Enhanced Weapon Systems (+Weapon Damage)
Devastating Weaponry (+Critical Chance)
Tactical Retreat (Starship Trait)
So while I'm not going to hold my breath on it... if any Cryptic devs are actually paying
attention and you want my money, you know now what it will take to get it!
The rest is up to you!
I agree that the Hegh'Ta needs an upgrade, adding a 3rd rear weapon to ALL BoP's and another uni Boff slot would be awesome, but I find it hard to believe that ANYONE would consider the Haj skin anything other than puke worthy.
In fact, one Issue I have a lot of KDF ships, those silly little tie lines that run from one place to another, as if the structural integrity of the pieces are insufficient and it needs tie downs and guy wires to stay in one piece. Rediculous.

There are a lot of mistakes in there. An Intel ship gets a Better Cloak than Normal, which means an Intel BoP gets Enhanced Battle Cloak. Next you give us a BoP without Universal BOFF stations? Then you give it an Extra Weapon and the Console from the Mat'ha. Also BOFFs tend to be one BOFF ability short to pay for their Universal nature.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why. When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.
Come on, play nice folks. Aesthetics are a personal thing of preference and I can't really say that the Hoh'sus is better looking than the Haj for example. Yet I know people who absolutely love the Hoh'sus, so take it as you will.

I would say that that's HIGHLY debatable.
Support 90 degree arc limitation on BFaW! Save our ships from looking like flying disco balls of dumb!

Seriously? This, is your idea of the best looking ship in STO? http://sto.gamepedia.com/File:Klingon_Bird-of-Prey_(Haj).png
