jem bug ship super build needed please help

hiya all I really need your help
I am zero good on doing builds and tll you the truth I really don't understand it
YES I NO CALL ME DUMB lol
but here is my build and skill please can any one help me on this as I really want to turn my jem bug ship in to a killer cannon boat

    Doffs - 2 DMG control - Anti matter (aux to damp up time) - 2-3 Energy Weapon (Beam overload pen)

    There ya go.

    -Install a Heavy Disruptor turret from the undine rep. Get a Hydro console to go with for the 2 piece disruptor dmg bonus.

    -Get a 360 disruptor beam (the planner doens't have them don't use the AP one get a Disruptor crafted 360)

    - Wait for peoples tac teams to just about expire and Overload them just as there Tac team ends so you can proc shield penetration doffs and kill them.

    - TIP DO NOT leave your beam on auto fire. Here is an easy bind system that allows you to auto everything else.
    On a say your 7th tray... first slot stick your 360 Disruptor beam.... on the second slot put your Cutting beam.
    Switch Everything to auto mode ACCEPT the 360 disruptor... then type these into your chat box.
    /bind f "+trayexec 6 0"
    /bind space "+trayexec 6 1"
    You don't have to use the F key you can use any key you want. The idea is that when you hit space it will fire your cutting beam... everything being on auto all your cannons will fire as well. The 360 beam not being on auto it won't... it will only go off when you hit F. This means you can load your overload buffs and wait until you see a tac team expire THEN hit F. Overload and if your pen doffs proc the target will take massive hull dmg.

    - I played with your spec a bit. You had some points in some things that where not helping you and 9 points in some stuff that really didn't matter. I maxed a few things that don't have diminishing returns. I also made sure you had 6 points in aux power. Having aux power is GOOD it will boost your heals... if you can get it over 75 it will also give you bonus dmg IF you slot Nukura T4 rep... and if you switch to a Fleet core with AMP on it.

    If you don't have that link its a good one to bookmark.

    - Switch to a fleet core with AMP on it. :) Ideally something with W->A. and with AMP mod. This will give you a nice always on 9-12% dmg boost. Most escorts run EPTE and EPTS... by running a W->A core you should be able with leech to get all 4 systems over 75 power for max bonus. Also if you do Slot the Nukura T4 Rep it does boost the AMP core bonus a bit.

    - Armor... Run one. If you can get a fleet one with +turn that would likely be the best option.

    - Aux to Damp... many people will sugest RSP... nothing wrong with that. A2D + the uptime doff though will give you almost always on protection vs the current sci dmg builds that are popular.

    - The fleet Disruptor DHC... there ok. best if you have the ones that are [acc]x2... if not and you do shop for some new disruptors the more [acc] in pvp the better. [acc]x2 is a good start... [acc]x3 is even better. Elachi are super popular as the proc penetrates both shields completely and a good chunk of resist past that. However there are a few other low cost options. One being the Undine Rep DHC. They only have 2 mods. However if you run the Heavy Turret and Hydro console there second proc (the slow proc) has a 4.5% chance to apply, it can help debuff your target even further past the standard disruptor proc.

    - Borg set... Drop the shield for sure... its far to low cap wise. Fleet Shields are standard in PvP now. You want a fleet resilient with [adapt] and the best option is [Resb] Most higher DPS energy users will be using disruptor or Anti Proton. So it covers you well. If you can afford it some people keep a [ResA] in there inventory if you run into someone that hurts running phasers you can always switch. For the engine and Deflector. Borg engine is for sure not the slowest engine but it still pretty slow. Most escorts you run into are going to be faster then you because they are running some form of Hyper engine. Good options are... Undine 2 piece... and Aegis 2 piece. Both give you 10% bonus defense. Aegis gives you a spike catcher (makes you immune to the first hit every 30s)... the undine gives you some more ACC and some raw dmg.

    thats the right bug.You can add more neutroniums depending in what match you are in.

    doffs 2 attack pattern ,2 damage control for etpx cd ,1 warp core to clean debuffs ,1 evasive doff from CE event.

    no BO ,beams and other broken stuffs from geko.


    btw all the bugs builds before mine had no PH... you dont need Sci team when you have eptx with doff...you need PH for resistence and to get away from tractor spam when apo is on cd.

    Aren't you flying polarons? And without PH? And you don't need apo1 with 2 attack pattern doffs.

    My 2 cents on this- i tried running bo but found it to miss to much

    If u do not have the lobi elachi space set id go with tachyo or another armour and a mine one rear (chronitons are nice) and replace torp spread with a dispersal pattern

    i played few matches with all types of weapons...I like pinkarons thats long distance from them being any good.
