Need Help with Mobius PvP Build

It doesn't have the same firepower as my contortrix...but it sure doesn't like to die.
Makes me think that the Mobius could make it as a drain support ship...another build to try I suppose.
Tif capitalizes in team play. But I'd rather use my contortrix
