Cannot log into ARC - "Arc Server encountered an internal error"

I've been trying to login into Arc with this account and keep getting this error:
"The Arc Server encountered an internal error. Please wait a moment and try logging in again"

I been getting this error for over an hour ... My sister has an account and I can log into her account with no problems.

I have submitted a ticket, but we all know how quickly tickets are answered, so is anyone else having this problem?

I need to get into ARC to redeem a code before it expires and I'm not sure when it expires......

I tried changing my password, but this had no affect...
I can log into the game through the regular launcher, but was trying to get used to using ARC instead of using the game individual launchers....

Any suggestions ... Help ????? I need to get into Arc!

    I had this before...

    There should be a button or an option which reads "repair ARC" or something liuke that. I did that and it fixed it no worries.

    I am not in front of my home computer so I can't give you the specifics, but link/button should be there.

    I've the same Problem and i try repair.exe and reinstall arc nothing helps :(

    any idea ? pls help TY

    i submit a Ticket and the answer:
    If you have not done so already, please try to login again now. This issue should now be resolved.

    nothing is resolved the issue is still. :mad:

    We are getting reports that this is now resolved, but we need to hear that from the players to be sure things are good on your ends.

    Anyone still having this problem? Let us know here please and we will work to resolve it.

    I have just done a clean windows install and am getting this error after installing the latest arc.

    To be honest I don't use ARC to log into STO, it has too many bugs and connection problems. There has been speculation that ARC also monitors your pc activity event though you are not playing any game. I use steam to play.

    Not being able to log into ARC, thats Win Win as far as i'm concerned.

    Bloatware is not your friend. ;)

    Thanks, Arc always ends up crashing and causing crazy cpu usage anyway.
