Sakari System Chug

Immediately upon entering the Sakari system for the first patrol in "Enemies in the Usual Places", my frame rate DROPPED. And it stayed dropped until I left at the end of the mission. We're talking MAYBE 5 FPS, tops. This repeated when I replayed the mission specifically to look for this. It's terrible.

When I played this mission, mine became chuggy. Everything actually stopped for bout 20sec at one point, like the game had paused, but all my powers where still counting down for re-use.
