Locations of STFs and Fleet Actions

I know this is a dumb question, but for RP purposes - is there anywhere where there is a list of WHERE the STFs, Fleet Actions, etc take place?

I know the Borg ones are all in GO somewhere or other, but what about things like CE, and the newer stuff?

Scroll down to the chart. Many of them have established locations in dialog or used to be tied to a door in sector space. The Elachi ones are tied to campaign mission locations. Hive has an unspecified location in Gamma Orionis, and Colony Invasion never specifies.
