I would like to ask Cryptic to do away with ships having 2 TAC consoles .
This comes across especially on ships like the Nebula Refit and the D'Kyr ... -- ships that were promised some love by Capt. Geko .
In general, where possible I'd like to see more TAC consoles on Eng & Sci ships instead of what they got .
Also, instead of making the Jem'Hadar Dred an exception ... , I'd like the Scimitar to be the no-upgrade exception .
Sorry guys but that is THE SHIP that is an over powered monstrosity , not the Jemmy .
p.s. nice to see the Galaxy-R getting the treatment it should have gotten when it was reissued .

little disappointed with the fleet nebula, was watching a friend throw theirs around in an STF and it was quite a monster, I was going to copy their build.
I Was hoping to see a 3rd tactical slot, its going to fall SO far behind in the dps department, I know its a science vessel but still!!

well the 5th science console has its uses, you can put another particle generator in that slot for instance, which further enhances its gravity well's damage
Looking out how traits have been buffed, my Fleet Corsair should do well, every single FDC package trait got buffed.
Quick Deploy now gives -20% CD and +50% pet XP, the hull resistance traits all went from 10% to 15% and now its 25%, and the Rapid Repairs Trait trippled in speed.
On a ship with say 50,000 hull, you'd heal about 750hps every 10 seconds before, for 4,500hps per minute, not its every 3 seconds, for 15,000hps, twice that out of combat for 30,000hps per minute, 3,750 per 15 seconds.
And it gets higher with higher hull points, so there is synergy between armoured hull which grants 10% more hull points and rapid repairs which heals 1.5% hull per 3 seconds.
Also assuming I have this right, Quick Deploy should stack with my Wing Commander Trait so my pets should get to rank 5 in a minute and 40 seconds, that means a heal on my pets once every 20 seconds till max ranks..

the only wrong thing in this, is that the hull resits are NOT % resist, but are like the armor consoles, and so are affected by the diminishing returns curve.

no firm numbers, but the T6 ships seem to indicate that ships gain about 20% hull going from lvl 50 to lvl 60.
No clue what the one time boost they get from upgrades is, i would assume 10% like fleet ships
