Game Client file not found on Mac

So I cannot use the Tribble test server on my Macbook Air as it keeps stating when pressing the big Engage button on the lower right after patching:

Unable to start game client: file not found.

Actually, this is not "new"

I have had the same issue since DR launched on Tribble.
Using my son's PC, I found if you add 3 files, you can get it to launch, but the graphics are severely degraded. If you want them, PM me your email address and I'll send them to you. You only need to add them to the Playtest directory and relauch the client.
