Reunion : Lovely mission and some really cool locations
Just two things for immersion . Dexa beam up . Dont do it with just button . let your captain say : ( Ship name ) One directly to sickbay .
And after cooking. Put there some pop up window or some dialog from someone. ( ah there are some problem in astrometric, could we go there ? ) Otherwise i liked it . A lot
Helping the astrometric officer is acting weird, I can never get below 4 km. From 4 it just starts looping back up again.
Everywhere I look, people are screaming about how bad Cryptic is.
What's my position?
That people should know what they're screaming about!

I did. I kept adjusting it and it never got down past 4.

After completing Reunion, Friends in Unlikely Places is not accessible. Skip and Hail are greyed out. Going to Jenolan Command to speak directly with the listed contact does nothing. In addition, the model for Galera is now a short-haired Bajoran woman with a nice pair of shades. Plus the Romulan, Mena, also has shades.
did unlikely, mentioned on another thread. as for reunion. after beaming to the station neelix and tuvok walk towards their location from the transporter room, looks like they were trying to flap their arms around then walk off, they stop and do it again quite a few times walking from a to b on the talaxian asteroid base.
rather tedious run around duty officer confusion quest after the kazon hit the station. but everything after that was fine.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
1) The Kazon Raiders seem to be packing some pretty hardcore Aux to Dampeners - is it supposed to be making them essentially immune to Grav Well? I get that you guys want to disincentivize Grav Well - but it seems super-strong on them, to the point of Attack Pattern Omega.
2) Scanning (V) seems to not locate the Damaged Satellites.
3) After beaming down, it might be helpful for Tuvok and Neelix's tether to the player have a tooltip.
4) On two playthroughs, once he starts jogging, Neelix keeps jumping over crates in the cargo room - intended? Or weird? I never thought of him as that athletic...
5) Only had a chance to work through the workshift puzzle once. Is there a legitimate fail option for the final choice?
5) Wixen is the "Nimian salt of the earth"? You guys don't think that idiom is a little weird for Talaxians to be using?
6) In the third act in first playthrough - it took a weirdly long time to exit combat with the Malon and hail them.
7) In the third act in the second playthrough - the 'Hail Malon' tip arrives before the Battleship, and the disabled Frigates and Cruiser warp out. No real break in completion, though. Weird that this wasn't consistent, not clear why.
8) Unclear if [Expert Universal Research Tech Upgrade] is not yet implemented or not? Either way, how to use the item didn't seem all that apparent from the Info.
Summary:
I like the randomization elements in the second act. It'll be fun to see if there are any more than the three I encountered. All in all, a nice bit of character and flavor for VOY fans. Though I really didn't get the impression there was a whole lot more going on than just being reintroduced to old friends (and frenemies).
It does seem like the stakes on this mission were very low, by comparison to the relative intensity of 'Mindscape'. Even though I'm not sure this order will be kept at launch?
When the kazon attack the base there is no map indication where to go to the command center to rescue Dexa because i lost track of Neelix and had to find the way myself.
Dexa transported under the debris to standing next to Neelix instead of to the ship.
Tuvok makes comment saying Talaxians are warm and caring people, seems very emotional to me. (Just my opinion)
When selecting Warp to New Talax it put my ship in full Impulse for 20 seconds then finally warped us.
The Battleship at the end took a while to show up.
I had sensor analysis on the Maylon Battleship at the end after the battle was over and it stayed on and i had to disable it to exit red alert to finish the mission.
Loved the mission. was fun wandering around voyager in tuvok's head and meeting the crew. Specially when it got to the part where cooper kept changing the layout. there is one small thing i cannot help but point out that i would love to have in the mission: When beaming over to the undine ship you should have to put an EVA suit on. I can understand the Lockbox Undine ships being converted for us to use but this is a full undine ship that hasn't been touched by anyone but the Undine. We should not be able to breath without a suit in it.
OK, this time around it worked. I kept back out to the menu the first two times for the record.
the info tab for the reward item, [Expert Universal Research Tech Upgrade] has a misspelling in it's tool tip.
you guys wrote "ot" instead of "to"

aside from getting hung up at 6km or so for the longest time in that pitch yay/force game, didn't find anything wrong with the mission. the only thing missing is nelix running up and hugging tuvok lol
Just a little issue here with this mission. The Astrometrics Array with Nelaxia. This needs to have a visual with what you are trying to line the array up with. Just doing this blind isn't good. There is no clue to adjust the pitch, yaw and force.
It just says within 1km of. 1km of what?, You're big toe, your toothpick, your belly button? Why the heck am I lining it up with. Put a freaking display of a target on the screen instead of her ugly mug!
Something sort of like the dilithium mining laser display.
How do you use this thing?! Where do you use this thing?!
I've put it on top of items (on ship an toon) and nothing happens. The Iinfo option only gives a write up, but no instructions on how to use it.
- Neelix has a very well done face and character model, the hair is also done very nicely, all in all perhaps the best of all Voyager actor models so far.
- The story is okay
- All in all bit too much Fed-Ex walk here, walk there, with 1-2 lines of text in between
- I got stuck for a while: I really didn't get the idea to look up for one of the four things we were supposed to fix. Maybe allow "V" to scan for these objectives. But it's very nice that the third dimension gets used, like climbing the crates.
- Wonder if the repair puzzle can even be failed at all
- Yaw/Pitch etc. puzzle was very nice, something new, not too obvious immediately but fun to solve!
- Malon battle: The Malon ships apparently eject plasma/garbage. This doesn't really hit a player other than when he gets really unlucky.
Suggestion: Make them SHOOT their plasma stuff at the player so that they are guaranteed to suffer some of the bad effects. The Malon are otherwise really just pushovers. They don't use their Reverse Shield Polarity ability noticeably as they used it right away, as someone else pointed out already.
- Malon Battleship warped in AFTER I already had a dialogue, I think it should warp in way before. There also seems to be a longish delay between the battle and the dialogue and the ship warping in, someone else already reported this.
- The Mk XIII loot is attractive, Neutronium and a Field Generator. Nice! The Research whatever thingie seems to become important in the coming upgrade UI.
Just a small Nitpick. What are the Kazons doing so far out of their territory?
The locations were Neelix settled down is like 40.000ly away from Ocampa and the kazon Area right?
The mission is great, but I missed the point were they explain how the Kazons got there

As sucky as the Kazon were as adversaries - If I were as dedicated to acquiring Voyager's technology as they were, I'd have followed their steps, trying to catch up to them.
Still Voyager had a few shortcuts that the Kazons didnt have. One important was when Kes sent them through Borg Space in a blink of an eye. That saved them alot of trouble.
Still... Seven mentioned that the Kazons werent worth assimilating so they could made it through Borgspace. Plotholes Plotholes
Well theres Talaxians in that region now afterall so why shouldnt be Kazon true. Still it seems unlikely, because the Kazon are a territorial species and its hard to believe they head out and travel that huge amount just for a few bits of tech... but who knows.

I have the same problem as you - does anyone know of a work around?

You Need to be lvl 51
Played reunion:
Nice one. Nice that there are different sub-quests. I gut the spices and the work shifts, played the Mission 3 times.
Many dialogs do not come at the right time. E.g. Neelix welcomed me, when I finished the Sub-quest.
Neelix should look somewhat older. And there should be a bit more conversation at the initial walk.
In "Reunion" when you go to the asteroid to hail Neelix the first time, you have to get in the exact right spot to hail him. Maybe make it so you can hail him as you approach the asteroid, instead of parking directly on top of it.
Re: The dialog... I would like some choices in how my toon responds to Neelix. It's too friendly for someone I've just met, and seems almost fawning. "It would be my pleasure, Neelix." instead of "I'll see what I can do." or something similar.
After repairing the consoles, the first Talaxian you talk to is Forewoman Kalax. She is wearing a Dominion headset and shouldn't be. Maybe a different headset, but that one doesn't fit.
Running around in the Talaxian cargo bay talking to these people about a traded shift is absurd. A Fed or Romulan might put up with it, but my Klingon captain would likely unsheathe his bat'leth and start lopping off these furballs' heads.
Please post all feedback and bugs found for the new Delta Quadrant missions "Reunion" in this thread.
Delta Quadrant Mission Content!
Reunion
This mission follows Mindscape.
Known Issues:
Newly released content such as Reunion and Friends in Unlikely Places is not in a final state.
This includes Cutscenes, text, rewards, and art.
Mission "mindscape?" cutscene (Final) stalled. had to press escape to exit it. Tuvok got the ship to attack Cooper?..and then nothing..they just stood there... I say "they" because "Cooper" on fire? and normal looking Cooper were both present in the cutscene
Does anybody know how to get those radiation clouds? [the ones indicated by a green circle] I'm flying around for what seems like ten minutes, in and out of those areas and nothing's coming up.
AMAZING!!! I love seeing Neelix again! I have to bring up something that other people are seeing. Skill points that you earn are not enough to advance players to Vice Admiral 51. Is it a bug or was that intentional?

make sure you're not not missing the third option. I did the first time.
You have to switch settings. From Pitch to Yaw and then to Force until it goes down.
BTW, rethinking the Cooperative now that we've met its leader in "Friends in Unlikely Places." WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT!
TRIBBLE Hydra! Hail Janeway!

Get it as low as possible in each section, THEN, click back, choose a different one, rise and repeat. I had zero issues w/ this puzzle.
