Excess Fleet Marks

Yeah, I know, don't flame me for stating the obvious: THERE*ARE*OTHER*WAYS*TO*EARN*FLEET*CREDITS!

Secondly, I am quite aware of the other thread that was started on the same topic. The problem is, that thread got spammed into a flame war because the OP didn't state the obvious.

Now that that is taken care of, perhaps we can hear some ideas on how to convert excess Fleet Mark in a successful fleet when the obvious method isn't available?

    Sell the fleet marks

    Make an alt fleet and fill that up

    Join a sister fleet. Rejoin the main fleet when you need something of a higher tier.

    There's a few ways

    A few pain in the TRIBBLE ways, the proper way would have been for them to not **** us over on the FCs from that 2000 mark project. Ofcourse being craptic they had to pull some TRIBBLE like that.

    I thought about that too, but would the FCs follow from one fleet to another?

    As for selling the FMs, won't I just get ECs for them?

    Well… I disagree. But there should've been a Fleet NPC that would trade FM for FC at a lower rate than for project. Perhaps at 75%. 1 FM = 37 FC.

    I'm hoping that we wil be able to sell our fleet gear that will become useless with X2 for fleet EC instead of the next to nothing we get in EC for selling it.

    Yes, your fleet credits continue rise, you don't lose any by leaving a fleet

    Sell them to a fleet, you can easily get 1k per mark. You get paid for how many you will donate to their projects.

    There is something akin to this. It's a special fleet project that awards 50% fleet credits per mark donated...just terrible implementation

    Thanks! I've made my choice and left for a low level fleet in need for some FMs
