Accolades as wearable Medals?

Since we have accolades for multiple Starfleet Medals, at least one KDF medal and a bunch of service medals for STF's as accolade titles

Is there any chance at all of getting these as a physical wearable badge? Would look great for dress uniforms

    It would be quite cool to wear your Medal of Honor or the Silver Star on your Ambassador or
    Admiral uniform. I requested this quite a long time ago, but never heard anything about since then.

    Would be nice to see an additional placement on some uniforms- perhaps over the right chest, beneath the rank- for special medals of valor.

    I'd also like to see a 2409 style combadge for the medical division (red cross), as well as a medical insignia for the shoulder strap on the Ody Dress Uniform.
