Question About Level Cap

Dunno if it's just me been dense (which is highly probable) or if it isn't explained clear enough, with the new level cap update does that mean we'll be able once again throw skills into our regular upgrade tree or just against the one between 50 and 60?

Does this mean we can raise our current tree further than it is right now augmented with new tree as well until we max out the skill tree over all? Or does all the skill gained between 50 and 60 specifically go into the new tree from that set of stats?

    I have wondered that too, there are at least maybe 5 skills areas, that needs to be formed. That I did not touch due to the lack of points to raise them.

    Simple answer no go reread the blog 50-60 new type of skill tree dev made it clear in the blog
