Make the DS9 docking officer shut up

The docking controllers should be removed seriosuly they dont contribute anything but an annoyance
if you dont understand the "Dock" button then your an idiot and need to quit playing.

These pop up dialog windows very annoying me also. Would like to have an option for disabling them.
