Ever gonna make Embassy Boffs moddable?

Romulan bridge officers...no, not the usual ones, the ones any faction can get from the Fleet Embassy. They have a big problem that I'm wondering if will ever get fixed, namely that you can't do anything to change their appearance or uniforms.

This was ok back before LoR when they were like the Jem'Hadar or Breen unique Boffs, but since LoR was released I've been wanting to get my embassay tac officer out of that patchwork thing she's wearing and into an actual Republic uniform! However, we're coming up on expansion pack 2, and romulan embassay boffs are still non-moddable, which is something that should have been done at or soon after LoR's launch!

So has anyone else heard anything as to whether this will be fixed any time soon or at all?

There was some Dev acknowledgement of this desire in the past, along with indication that they were going to add some Embassy boffs with more diverse traits. Unfortunately, right now it looks like the devs are trying to sweep all that under the rug and pretend nothing of the sort ever happened. If we are lucky perhaps they will revamp them if some of these new specialist boffs get added to the embassy.
