I believe many of us are dissatisfied with the existing projects to convert reputation marks into dilithium. The the limited number of marks we can convert at once is a huge usability issue.
Trying to convert 500 Marks into Dilithium means 10 projects, each taking 15s. The 150s required isn't the problem, it's the half-dozen clicks every 15s that's the problem - the timer is just long enough that you don't want to sit there and wait, but is too short for us to do something else in the meantime. Trying to convert 5000 Marks means 25 minutes at this screen, clicking every 15s!
Since all the Reputations now have a Store, why not a Dilithium section? Sell us different amounts of Dilithium ore for different amounts of Marks! This would really reduce the amount of clicking and waiting we'd need to do, and might even reduce the load on the servers (since we wouldn't have to keep launching, tracking, completing, and collecting projects).
Please implement this, it shouldn't unbalance anything and it would be a huge quality of life improvement.

Edit: Whoops, I see it was already suggested
here. Still a great idea!

I would too!
Why i have to stay in boring window for each quick mission half a minute or more?
All they need to do is allow you to convert as many marks as you like and increase the time taken for the project to complete proportionally. I don't mind waiting for the project to complete but I do mind having to constantly click away for over an hour when I'd rather be playing the game.
Please devs, do something: converting makrs into dilithium through projects is really boring and senseless.

Frankly, I think this is a deliberate choice by Cryptic. They don't want you to convert your marks. They don't want you to get that much ore. They want you to empty your wallet for Zen to trade for refined ore, so they make the rep marks to dil ore process so horrifically tedious that it makes players give up on even trying.
