Fleet Starbase interior updates

Would it be possible to update the mannequins in the Federation starbase to include the Odyssey uniform?

And would it be possible for the consoles to use STO LCARS instead of...whatever that green stuff is?

    It'd be better if we could customize what we put on the mannequins, rather than just have a set layout.
    If that were the case, I'm sure the guys in my fleet would forever be locked in a struggle of oddy outfit haters vs oddy outfit lovers. :D
