Cannot select high-numbered choices in dialogues with many choices

I've experienced something intensely frustrating while working on several of my missions: any dialogue which goes beyond seven choice buttons disallows any choice beyond the seventh from being selected, which prevents the setting of visibility and invisibility triggers.

This is a critical flaw, as some missions use dialogue which contains a large number of choices, such as a puzzle (for example password entry) or crew manifest. The fact that there is no scrollbar for additional buttons beyond seven means that it is impossible to set visibility triggers for high-numbered buttons. Especially for instances where the choice buttons have to be in a particular order, such as in a crew manifest. (Would you list an enlisted officer *before* the captain, first officer, and department heads?)

There needs to be some way to scroll up and down in the menu for configuring dialogue button visibility states, in the event that a dialogue page has more than seven buttons. There should be a scrollbar, like on the right side where the visibility states can be selected.

You should be able to drag the edge of the property window up to expand it (and reveal the remaining buttons.)
