Fleet Admiral?

I know 98% of Delta Rising is speculation at this point amongst us players, but I really really really hope that the rank of fleet admiral is what was talked about WAY back when about being able to take other ships into space missions with you.

If not that's cool too, still can't wait!

    Admiral title is unlocked at 55 and Fleet Admiral title is unlocked at 60. The devs want implement a system where we can have our own npc fleet, but it won't be in DR. We are not really Admirals until we command fleets not just a single ship.
