Fleet Events(Or keeping the Interest Alive)

I'm sure that many of you have stuggled with Fleet membership as well as participation. I've heard it from several different fleet leaders. I am trying to find a venue to post an open call for a PVP featuring one fleet against another. A way for those fleets interested in trying to arrange some type of event to keep their members involved. A simple 5 member team representative of a fleet, straight combat, balanced fairly. not a mix green to elite against an all lvl 50 elite team. Something fun, easy to setup for each fleet. a way to show the schedule with all the participating fleets, with dates and times. that way any fleet Commander can choose a date and time to meet and play.

If there is such a venue available please let me know.

Also if anyone would like to contact me directly to setup an event with my fleet please let me know.

I am working on gathering a group of players from the Turbulent Alliance fleets for this purpose, i love the idea.

I would be happy to coordinate this from my fleets website using the rank system built in to ID which fleet players belong to and setting up a forum category or some such communication center to hold it all. I would also take responsibilty for moderating said forum.

I have interest from a few PvPers in my fleet, although some are skeptical because of PvPer turnover in STO. If you want to take a look at the basic framework i had in mind. I set a provisional framework here:
