Looking to BUY Tier 1 or Tier 2 Fleet

I am looking to buy a fleet that has completed tier 1 or 2 of their star base. The price will be determined by a number of factors such as if any of the other holdings have been completed, number of bank slots and number of non fleet leader members.

The leader(s) may join my fleet as officers which has a Tier V star base with all other holdings maxed out with plenty of provisions. I am also interested in mergers as well.

    looking at the dates of this thread, you could have soloed a tier 1/1/1/1 star base by now.
