August 12 (the other Federation day)

I prefer my Canon Federation Day on June 30, however, it was brought to my attention that August 12 was in the novel from Enterprise called the Last Full Measure. Apparently, the Federation Constitution or Articles were signed on that date, so I will simply count that one, being deriven from Non-canon as being the day that the Constitution was completed and call it the Federation Constitution Day, (or Article Day).
