Is there a definitive on what T6 ships the KDF will get? I've seen the screenshot of the raptor-like vessel. Any plans for an updated Vor'Kang Battlecruiser?

A refit of the T5 Hegh'ta heavy BoP would be nice.

7 to 10 total across the three factions they said, sounds more likely to me a balanced two or three ships per faction then a new cross-faction ship (likely a freebie, like the Obelisk).
But I would like something I can use like an Escort, the Raptor line seems under powered compared to the vast array of 5 Tac Console Escorts the Feds have.
And we never did get a Fleet Garumba.
I fly Cruisers because quite frankly they perform better than out Escorts.
T6 better have Battle Cloak! And if it's a BoP it better be Enhanced Battle Cloak to replace the B'Rel Retrofit. I will purchase a T6 EBC BoP Day 1.

Cryptic's definition of new is rather ambiguous here. Please don't tell me that a Fleet Guramba would be considered a new ship when it's just a simple reskin and a few adjustments to the stats and boff layout.
Raptors should have been bought on par with Escorts a long time ago, since (I'm assuming) that they were the KDF answer to them. There is no excuse for it.
Hopefully the new raptor will remedy that.
All I want from a Fleet Garumba is the standard 10% boosts and an extra Tac Console. Maybe a Universal BOFF but I think it's one of the best performing Escorts we had, especially for PVE when Cloak wasn't as useful.

I'm really hoping that Raptor is a loose classification and that it's more of a destroyer. After all is does look like a mix of Battlecruiser and Raptor.
As for powers: I'm really hoping for a battlecloak that we don't have to pay an arm and a leg for. (Like typical raptors do, and warbirds don't.) I also really want a cannon overload ability like the Kumari.
Support 90 degree arc limitation on BFaW! Save our ships from looking like flying disco balls of dumb!
Considering playerbase-% it would be more like 3 FED/ROM and only 1 for real KDF^^

During the TOS period the Battle Cruiser was the ship seen.
During the movies period we saw BOP's
Looks like they're going to revisit the raptor.
The KDF Fed war has ended because cryptic couldn't figure out for the life of themselves how to build a simple territorial control war game into their MMO. They could have asked their players.
As a entity, they're amazing arrogant. Rest assured, what ever the KDF player base get.. the fed version will be better. That's the way they role.
Thats why i've pretty much stopped playing don't see me in game but once in a blue moon now. Totally tired of so much that never happens. (And there's a few other reasons..)
And there are better MMO's by far even though they aren't trek.
Cryptic will thow the KDF a bone, but after 4 years that's all we are going to get, because all in all, that's all we ever have gotten. At least their consistent right?

Both Somraw's have better handling.
The Mirror Somraw has a massive Sci leaning which is great but if your going for that kind of Sci wouldn't a BoP work better?
The Fleet Somraw is good but is it really that much better than the Qin? Especially when I have that layout in the Garumba which I love for PVE.
And if look at the vast array of Fed Escorts it's hard to feel our Raptors are up to Par. Worse when you add in the Romulan Warbirds.
I'd have been happy if the Fleet Qin was 5 Tac Consoles and a Uni Ensign. I know I'm in the minority here but I've grown accustomed to 3 Tac Ensign powers and I don't want to give it up. The best Raptor/Escort in our fleet for me is the Pegh but I'm not a Veteran and I'm not buying a Lifetime Sub.
I'm also kind of saying the Qin was good at launch, but with the Fed options available the T5 Somraws just feel as underperforming as the Qin.
I think despite the many Fed attempts I still think we have the best BattleCruisers or Cruisers in the game. Nothing the Feds have is as good as the Fleet Vorcha, not even the new Avenger.
