Liberated Borg Duty Officers

Now to prevent some confusion right away, this thread is NOT about the claimable blue or purple Borg duty officers from the Omega Reputation System!

I have a Borg duty officer that I picked up ages ago from this assignment:

Now I have only seen this once. In 3 years of play with 10 different characters only 1 of them ever had this assignment and I got the officer:

"Nine of Ten".

Now I'm wondering, what is that officer worth?

On one hand, its just a green projectile duty officer, nothing special. It has the same traits you would find on most Borg DOFFs as well.

On the other, following MMO logic, anything that is rare has a stupid price tag, no matter how trivial.

Are there people in this game that collect such rare officers? Theres collectors for everything in the real world and I'm sure this has to apply here too. There are (for example) also extremely rare Xindi duty officers (from LONG before the lockbox came out). Those have insane price tags as well, so I figured somebody would have to be buying those.

If I happen to see this DOFF mission, I tend to drop whatever I'm doing and start spamming bridge invites so others can try their luck.

And yeah, people collect them. I think the green ones go for a couple of mission EC on the exchange.
