A concept for a build....please, tear it apart without mercy

Hi PvP Forums,

Designed to work as follows:
Decloak, Alpha Strike, If alpha strike isnt enough to kill, pop off FBP, let them finish themselves off, gravimetric photon spread while decloaking should hold them and force them to return fire. EDIT: Elite Siphon Drones should help keep their defenses low too

Like i said, a protoype....what boffs would be recommended, and the skill tree isnt there, but will be set up accordingly.

The Alpha Strike is a sound idea, the use of FBP is not. An Alpha Striker is supposed to decloak, fired then immediately duck away. FBP is for ships that don't have cloaks, typically Sci ships. Siphon drones are not useful these days. Your build has no EPTE or A2D on a big ship that is slow and sluggish and you have no Scimitar set bonus to help with maneuverability and your shields will go offline while cloaked due to the lack of Scimitar set bonus. To me, this means you are easy meat, especially in Kerrat because you are slow and moves like a turtle. If you come to Kerrat in this ship, you will be dead before you even have the chance to decloak.

Last but not least, not everything can be FBP. Some people will ignore your FBP completely while smashing your ship into stardust.

lol i did ask for it....thanks for the feedback. And yeah, i realize that typically FBP is sci only,i just wanted to see if i could give this a shot. Thanks again

depending on what your fighting and your skills that fbp on a tact can do 2.0 reflection fully buffed, however your ship is massive makes you an easy target for subnukie, also no epts no tss no rsp no shield heal at all, cannons you may have difficulty lining those up, bo 3 hm suggest exploiter consoles, will do a pretty big crit

I'd get a crf1 in there man. Move ts2 to ts1 and get crf1 in there.

Also...why aren't you in the 5 tactical console version?

Hell, a tb or even better, a reverse tbr would be better then doubling pol hulls

Your missing dem+marion for those cannons for even more alpha hurt

Traits and skills aren't slotted and I have no idea what your doffs are.

*shrug* i was in the 5 sci one to try and see what i could do with a FBP/BO3 focus hybrid, DEM+Marion are on my shopping list,

to use FBP, you need to also be able to tank. i don't think ive ever seen a scimitar build that has the potential to die faster then that one, ...so you would never get a chance to use a second copy

Sorry to be blunt, as it stands, this build will not fare well even in eSTF. It is really that bad, too many obvious problems, it's hard to even begin to list all of them without coming across as rude. You are better off posting your question and build in the Build help forum or the Klingon Shipyard. PvP forum is for people who have a little more experience and who have battle tested their ships and builds. At these two forums, you will likely get a more receptive response and more replies as well, there are many PvE heroes there who know what they are doing and their advice would be more appropriate.
