R&D Beam Array Question

I'm not sure how far anyone else has gotten, I believe my highest is half-way through rank 9, but I was curious if anyone had gotten high enough to make the beam arrays with the [ARC] modifier?
I'm just wondering if those beam arrays would be on par with the other [ARC]s currently in game or if they're better. For example, the Omni-Directional Antiproton Beam Array.
Anyone know, by chance?
Since I can only equip a single Omni-Directional Beam Array I suppose the question doesn't even matter. Thanks again, Cryptic, for overly limiting things. Nice to know they're consistent.
