All I can say is move your Universal Consoles into the Sci slot and Slot more Armour into the Engineering.

Some threat reduction Sci consoles could be useful.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001.
If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.
When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

One of the things about running all cannons is that when attacking an enemy that regenerates shields, it can take longer to drop shields. I use to have a similar build to yours, but I switched to this:

    Fore weapons
    2 DHCs, 1 DBB, and 1 Torp.

    Aft.
    Kinetic Cutting Beam, and turrets.

For my skills, this is what I did:

    Tactical
    TT1, BO2, CRF2, APO3
    TT1, BO2, CRF2
    THY1

    Engineering
    ET1, and RSP1

    Science
    HE1, and ST2

With the DBB on the ship, it will help to drop shields, and keep them down. This allows for the DHCs, and Torp to do their job better. Some times I will switch out my THY skill for a BFAW. If I do this, I will drop the Torp for another DHC.

This build gives you a little less DPS, because you are not hitting shields as often, so you can kill the enemy faster. This build has actually gotten better at quick kills since they gave Beam Overload 100% crit. It was slightly more useful that FAW because of the constant drain Fawn did to weapon's power. However, now it is barely holding on to being comparable to any other tac skill. As long as they don't Nerf it again, it will continue to be the better option when combining DBBs, and DHCs.
