Add nerve tonics to the GPL vendors

Stick them in there for 200/400 a pop, it would be a nice and convenient mini EC sink for a pure vanity item like that, should have been in there ages ago!

    The emote should just be a part of the regular Emotes list. Maybe tie it to doing an Accolade or mission just like the Fan Dance to acquire it.

    Note that the wider availability of this emote will make Female Orions completely OP.
